Crab with salted egg

Yahoo.. Caid and moknah prepared my favourite ketam telur masin today. And shared the recipe too. So here goes;

1. Goreng lightly ketam dgn salutan tepung jagung dan garam. Letak tepi.
(perap dulu..  Kalau tak, ketam tawar)

2. Tumis bawang putih with telur masin (yellow part) yg telah direbus terlebih dahulu. Boleh campur putih sikit utk rs masin2.

3. Masukkan ketam bunga tadi. Add daun kari.

4. Add in susu cair IDEAL.

Dah siap!!
